1. cmd를 관리자 권한으로 실행¶

2. 명령어 입력¶

- pyqt5 설치
pip install pyqt5

- Qt Designer 설치
pip install PyQt5Designer

- 설치 경로
C:\Users\사용자명\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\파이썬버전\Lib\site-packages\QtDesigner

- IntelliJ로 설치시 명령어
designer
